Standard Shipping
FREE STANDARD US SHIPPING- Orders over $50 and up. Ships out 1-3 business days, delivered 7-9 business days after date shipped.
$5.00 FLAT RATE U.S. SHIPPING- Orders $49 and under. Ships out 1-3 business days, delivered 7-9 business days after date shipped.
$12.00 PRIORITY SHIPPING- Ships out the following business day, delivered 2-3 days after date shipped. In the upcoming holiday weeks, orders may experience delays that are out of our control.
$35.00 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO CANADA- + $2.00 per additional item. Ships out in 1-3 business days, delivered 10-25 business days after date shipped.
Domestic Shipping
All orders received are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 7-9 business days. Orders placed during promotions or during high volume periods such as the holidays may experience delay. Please keep in mind that weather delays, and delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions, are outside our control.
For expedited service or special delivery shipping needs, additional charges may apply. A Mustard Seed Littles customer representative will contact you once we receive your order to inform you of the additional shipping charges. Or, if you would like to know the shipping charges prior to placing your order, you may email us at info@mustardseedlittles.com and we can give you shipping options/rates based on your specific needs.
Domestic orders may be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail, at our discretion, based on package size, weight, and contents. We always aim for the fastest shipping and most reliable service for each package.
International Shipping
We now ship to Canada! Flat rate priority shipping is $35.00 per order + $2.00 per item. Orders placed during promotion/sale periods or during the holidays may take longer to process. International orders cannot be expedited due to customs and postal service policies and transit times around the globe.
ORder Status
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day.
If you're missing items or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to have your orders shipped to a secure location as we will not process store credits or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.
Returns Policy
Returns that meet our return policy will receive store credit only.
Any unused products may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 20 days of the order date, as long as the packaging and/or hang-tags are still intact. Please email us at MustardSeedLittles@gmail.com prior to sending back your item(s).
We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns and issue a store credit after items have been washed. Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Please provide a copy of your receipt associated with the order you are returning.
Mustard Seed Littles is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed. Once received at our location your store credit will be processed in 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notifying you that your store credit has been applied.
If you would like to exchange an item that was gifted to you, please email us at MustardSeedLittles@gmail.com with the buyer’s name and order number. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required for items to be returned for an exchange or store credit.
No return policy for all teethers, rattles, clearance items. All sales are final.
